What is FlexiProof Fleece Backed EPDM?

FlexiProof Fleece Backed EPDM membranes are engineered to the highest specifications to exceed flat roof project expectations. They’re over 1mm thicker than standard EPDM membranes and deliver more all round.

Utilising state of the art technology, thick 300gm fleece backing is completely fused to tough 1.2mm extruded EPDM membrane during a uniquely efficient, adhesive-free and environmentally friendly manufacturing process.

Puncture resistant and strong enough to walk on, with elasticity to easily handle building movement, FlexiProof Fleece Backed EPDM membranes effectively cover roof deck imperfections (making them ideal for refurbishment projects), prevent roof system shrinkage and lay flatter for a perfect finish.

Manufactured with the best combination of high-end materials and technology, all FlexiProof Fleece Backed EPDM membranes have a 50-year life expectancy and FlexiProof Certified Installers can enjoy a 25-year membrane warranty.
